Meet our teacher Samantha Jutel
Samantha specialises in teaching English as a second language, over the years she has taught students of all ages from many different countries.
12th February 2020 — She lives in Shottery, a few minutes drive from the centre of the market town of Stratford upon Avon.
She became a teacher because she enjoys meeting people from different countries and is always interested to learn about their lives and what they do back home in their countries.
This interest stems from having lives in France for many years and, today she still has a special place in her heart for France; the language, the music, the people and the country.
She has travelled vastly, including living in Australia and Canada. She particularly liked Thailand and Malaysia and is fascinated by Asiatic culture and customs.
She has a certificate in Post-Compulsory Education and Training, iGCSE in English and the English teaching certificate TESOL (Advanced).
Her family consists of her husband and their son and daughter (age 13 and 12) who are extremely active and regularly enjoy out of school activities including Tae Know Do, football, tennis, drama and swimming.
Their extended family come and visit regularly and live a short drive away. As a family, they are energetic and get involved in their thriving community and outside school social activities. They participate in a wide variety of leisure pursuits including sporting and music events in the local area. They like going to their local theatre the Royal Shakespeare Company Theatre to watch performances.
They thoroughly enjoy having students to stay and welcome students into their home and treat everyone as one of the family during their time in beautiful Stratford upon Avon.
Samantha has hosted many students. All have been extremely satisfied.More about England
